The Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.Experience on drill and blast planning (excellent).Provide Drill & Blast plan and review the result for the most safe & afficient mine operation by coordinating with operational group.Familiar with weekly and monthly planning basis.Experience on mid term and long term planning, short term and mid term planning.Good on surpac (Pit design, Scheduling, block model, optimization).Mining Engineer with minimum 5 years site experience is preferred.Active contribute to a positive teamwork engineering and environment at all times.To provide a short term planning service which guides the mining operation to ward the long term & profitability.Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment.Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.Minimum 6 years experience in the similar role.Understanding of most types of Mining Equipment.Experienced at Operator, Leading hands and Foreman level within Mining Production.Lead organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the work teams to deliver a product which meets that required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the clients and the company.Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa.Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate.Good understating about OHS legislation, mining safety and construction as well.Minimum five (3) years experiences in similar roles in Mining Industry.Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.Communicate openly and honestly at all times.Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
